Saeid Hooshangi

Saeid Hooshangi has a BA and a MA in Persian philology and literature and a PhD at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid; he has been a scholar researcher at Harvard University and UCLA-Los Angeles, and taken some specialization courses at University of Pennsylvania, University of Texas-Austin and George Washington University. His work is devoted to Iranian language, literature and pre-Islamic religions and he is also a regular lecturer at international conferences. He works as a Persian language and literature professor at the Univesidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. He has published several books related to the Persian language and culture such as Lengua Persa I, Persa para Españoles, Gramática Persa, Español para Iraníes, Léxico para Situaciones Español/Persa, Esquemas Gramaticales de Persa, Cuentos Persas and Manual Práctico de Persa, as well as books, chaprters, and articles in magazines and a bilingual book of poems, Destino Desértico. He regularly attends international poetry conferences and festivals. Saeid Hooshangi writes in both Persian and Spanish
